Deliveries are made Monday to Friday, typically 3-5 working days from order or cleared funds, although it can be quicker than this especially in the case of Beam Locks. An email will be sent to inform you about the despatch of goods and due delivery date.
We will despatch as soon as possible. If you require an urgent delivery please contact us before placing your order.
Delivery charges vary depending on the items ordered. For example 50 beam locks cost significantly less to deliver than a pallet load of Rack Armour.
We have invested heavily in an intelligent system to calculate delivery according to the items delivered, rather than a flat delivery charge. This means you get the most cost effective delivery charges possible.
Delivery charges will be calculated at check-out.
Some suppliers will allow collection. Please contact us before placing an order to discuss.
Delivery will be made by either Royal Mail, courier or by a pallet transport operator. Delivery is to the door of the delivery address or "kerb side". The driver cannot carry the goods up or down steps, or through a building. The driver may be able to wheel the pallet truck to as close to the building as possible. The driver WILL NOT break down pallets or remove pallets at the time of delivery.
Pallet delivery will normally be on an 18 tonne lorry with a tail lift. The delivery address must be accessible to a large lorry. Generally speaking, if a bin lorry can access the address, so can the delivery lorry.
Pallet delivery can only be made on flat, level concrete or tarmac. It isn't possible to move pallets on gravel, grass, cobbles or slopes for example. The pallet will be delivered as close as possible to the address door.
Before you attempt to return an order, please contact us so that we can discuss the best return procedure. A number of our items will need to be returned to the manufacturer, so returns addresses will vary, as will returns policies and any restocking charges. Your statutory rights are not affected.
Damaged items - if something arrives damaged, please notify us within 5 working days so that we can organise a replacement and return of the original item. After this time items may not be returnable.
Timber Decking - please note that timber decking is made to order, therefore is classed as a custom item which are non-returnable/refundable. Unless they are faulty.
