  • Where can I find your contact information?

 

  • Can I order from outside of the UK?

 

  • I have forgotten my password, how can I retrieve this?
    • If you have forgotten your password, go to our forgot my password page and fill in your email.  You should receive an email directly to your registered account address within 24 maximum.

 

  • I cannot locate an item on your website, what can I do?
    • If you are unable to locate an item on our website, please get in contact with us via our live chat or alternatively, give us a call on our contact us page
 
  • Can I make a purchase without having to register?
    • Yes - You can choose to either purchase as a 'Guest User' which only requires your personal email address.  We do advise that you register and sign-up with a proper account so that we can store any historical purchases made. 
  • I purchased an item on your website but still have not received it?
    • If you have recently purchased something on our website and it exceeds the standard delivery, please get in contact with us at our call centre or alternatively use our live chat icon.

 

  • How will my order arrive? 
    • Deliveries are usually made via pallet with an indication as to whether your delivery will arrive at morning / afternoon / evening.  We advise that you inform us as soon as if the designated delivery slot is not suitable.  As majority of deliveries are on a pallet (via kerb side of your delivery address) we are unable to:
      • Carry goods through buildings
      • Unload goods from delivered pallets
      • Carry deliveries up and down stairs / lifts 

  

  • What types of payment methods do you accept? 
    • We accept American Express, Apple Pay, Visa Debit, Master Credit Cards, PayPal and Google Pay
